As an Operations Agent, you will provide vital administrative support to Project Managers and other departments such as Sales and Projects. Your role involves coordinating schedules, processing orders, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across teams.
Job Responsibilities
General administrative support, including document and folder management for Project Managers.
Raising and tracking purchase orders; managing supplier communications and documentation.
Preparing quotes using Word, Excel, and Salesforce.
Creating Health & Safety documents and job-related paperwork.
Coordinating engineer schedules and updating job details for callouts.
Requesting invoices and submitting relevant documentation to accounts.
Price comparison and quote preparation using supplier websites and Excel templates.
Assisting in customer issue resolution and liaising across departments.
Utilizing CRMs and customer portals to handle service requests.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills.
Confident, reliable, and customer-focused with problem-solving initiative.
Familiarity with administrative procedures and office tools (Word, Excel, CRMs, Salesforce).
