Job Overview
We are looking for a target-driven and client-focused Finance Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will promote and sell a range of financial products and services to both individuals and businesses. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, recommending tailored solutions, and managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to onboarding. This position is ideal for someone with strong product knowledge, a persuasive sales approach, and a deep understanding of financial services.
Job Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Promote and sell financial products such as loans, insurance, asset finance, investment packages, and credit solutions.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads and prospects, using cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the market.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Understand each client’s financial needs and offer customized solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Guide clients through the application, approval, and onboarding process.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor, clearly explaining terms, benefits, and risks.
3. Product & Market Knowledge
• Stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and competitor products.
• Remain informed about financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Use insights from the market to refine sales strategies and better serve client needs.
4. Reporting & Administration
• Accurately maintain client records and sales activities in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.
• Ensure all sales transactions meet internal compliance and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven success in financial sales, brokerage, or another target-driven sales environment.
• Knowledge of financial products and ability to explain them in simple terms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of FCA guidelines and financial compliance (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Certifications such as CeMAP, CF1, or other regulated advice qualifications are a plus.
