Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily business operations. This role requires strong leadership, process improvement expertise, and a proactive approach to managing teams, budgets, and operational risks. You’ll work cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and support long-term business growth.
Job Responsibilities
1. Operational Strategy & Process Improvement
• Design and implement efficient processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks; track and optimize KPIs.
• Standardize and document workflows for consistency.
2. Team Management & Leadership
• Oversee departmental managers and operations staff.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Lead performance reviews, training, and development initiatives.
3. Financial Oversight & Budget Management
• Manage operational budgets and drive cost-efficiency.
• Track expenses, monitor profitability, and collaborate with finance teams.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Maintain quality assurance across departments.
5. Business Performance & Reporting
• Provide regular updates to senior management.
• Use data insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in a similar operations management role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM, and project management tools.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Improvement (preferred).
• Industry-specific experience (e.g., Finance, IT, Manufacturing, etc.)
