Description

Scale Shore Consulting is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR). This role is for a motivated and results-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and helping clients find solutions that support their growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential B2B clients through calls, emails, and networking.
Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in the CRM.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong experience in B2B sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
Comfortable with outbound sales activities such as cold calling and email outreach.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Preferred Experience

Experience in selling business solutions or services, ideally including financial products, business funding, or professional services.
Familiarity with SMEs or mid-sized companies.
Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
