We’re a small, fast-moving team looking for a Marketing Assistant who’s as comfortable thinking strategically as they are getting hands-on with creative work. Most of what you’ll produce will be seen by businesses – not consumers – so you’ll need to understand tone, professionalism, and how to communicate value clearly without losing the human touch.

This role suits someone who enjoys doing a bit of everything: concepting campaigns, designing visuals, writing copy, analysing engagement, and managing platforms. You’ll effectively be the creative engine of the marketing team, the one who makes ideas tangible.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute marketing materials for B2B audiences – digital campaigns, presentations, proposals, and social content.
Design layouts, social posts, and simple graphics (no full design team here, so a good eye and creative initiative go a long way).
Write and edit copy for LinkedIn, newsletters, and client-facing collateral.
Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure content goes out consistently.
Track performance, pull insights, and suggest improvements.
Support leadership with decks, case studies, and brand documentation.

Who you are

A self-driven creative who can switch between strategy and execution.
Comfortable using design tools like Canva, Figma,
Confident writer with strong command of English and a knack for tone and clarity.
Understands how businesses talk to each other – not just how brands talk to consumers.
Organised, curious, and willing to experiment with ideas until something clicks.
Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, and design
