Scale Shore Consulting is looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to manage connectivity and mobile provisioning projects, including broadband, leased lines, and mobile connectivity. The role is responsible for coordinating project activities, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
This position will assist with and take ownership of aspects of project budgeting, scheduling, scope management, and project planning, ensuring high-quality delivery and excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of project management documentation, including budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans
Coordinate the planning and allocation of broadband, leased line, and mobile connectivity services
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers throughout the project lifecycle
Own and manage aspects of project budgeting, scheduling, scope control, and delivery tracking
Create and maintain short- and long-term project plans, including milestone tracking and deadline management
Ensure all internal systems are kept up to date with accurate order and project progression information
Monitor multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
Identify risks, delays, and dependencies, escalating where necessary to ensure successful outcomes
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
To perform successfully in this role, the candidate should demonstrate the following:
1–3 years’ demonstrable experience in a project coordination or provisioning environment
Experience in telecom or broadband provisioning, ideally within a service provider environment
Strong ability to manage multiple orders concurrently with high attention to detail
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Strong organisational and planning capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
Knowledge of PMO processes and procedures
Good understanding of IT and communication systems
Proficient with order management software and/or ITSM systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
Exposure to ITIL frameworks and best practices (advantageous)
