Absolutely — we encourage it. Many clients visit during onboarding to meet their team and see the environment. We host regular MSP and telecom partner days at the Cape Town office. Tours are also available virtually.
Yes. We hold a current Cyber Essentials Plus certification, audited annually by an external assessor. Certificate copies are provided to all clients as part of the onboarding pack. This is on top of GDPR-compliant data handling and POPIA compliance for SA operations.
Whatever your security policy requires. We procure to your spec — typical setups include business-grade laptops or desktops with current-generation processors, 16GB+ RAM, encrypted SSDs, and your choice of operating system. Devices are MDM-enrolled before issue.
Included in the monthly fee. Hardware loss or damage is covered by Scaleshore — we replace and reissue, with the device wiped remotely if missing. No insurance claim or capex hit for you.
Yes, with caveats. Most clients run an office-first model with occasional WFH for flexibility (e.g. utility outages, personal commitments). Permanent fully-remote arrangements are available where your security model permits — though we always recommend the office-based default for governance reasons.
