Are your candidates office-based or remote?
Most of our candidates work from our managed delivery offices — Cape Town primarily, plus regional hubs. This gives you the visibility, governance, and infrastructure of an in-office team without the property overhead. Fully remote arrangements are available in certain countries on request.
How do you vet candidates?
Multi-stage process: technical screening against your role requirements, English proficiency assessment, scenario-based interviews, reference checks, and a final culture-fit review with your team. You see only the top 3–5 candidates per role.
Can I interview candidates myself?
Yes — you should. We present a shortlist; you make the final decision. Most clients run a 30–60 minute final interview with the top 2–3, often via video. Some prefer to delegate the entire process to us once they trust our judgment.
What if the hire doesn’t work out?
Within 90 days, we replace at no additional recruitment fee. After 90 days, standard off-boarding rules apply under local labour law (which we handle on your behalf). Our first-year retention rate across placements is above 90%.
What about cultural and language fit?
Our delivery countries are chosen specifically for strong English proficiency and cultural alignment with UK/US business norms. South Africa, in particular, shares a similar professional culture and time-zone overlap with the UK. Every candidate is screened for communication quality before reaching your shortlist.
Do you charge a recruitment fee on top of EOR?
Recruitment is included in our fixed monthly fee for clients on our EOR service. There are no separate agency-style finder’s fees. If you need recruitment-only (where you hold the employment relationship), we offer a standalone fee structure — ask for pricing.
